Good Pup Living - Shipping Policy

At Good Pup Living, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you and your pup can enjoy your products without unnecessary delays.

Free Standard Shipping: Good Pup Living offers Free Standard Shipping on all eligible U.S. orders. Shipping costs are not added separately at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing times, holidays, or high-order volume.

Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are expected to arrive within 6–12 business days after they are processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, fulfillment partner, destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Multiple Shipments: Because some products may ship from different fulfillment partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email after your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after a label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages: If your package appears lost or missing, please contact us at goodpupliving@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the situation and help determine the next steps.

No Local Pickup or Local Delivery: Good Pup Living is an online store and does not currently offer local pickup or local delivery.
